25 Crazy Cardi B Tattoos That You’ll Either Love Or Hate

From the moment she released “Bodak Yellow”, Cardi B has become everyone’s new favorite artist. The moment she comes on the radio, we’re all singing along. I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve listened and rapped along to “Bodak Yellow” on repeat but these people took their love to a whole new level. Here are 25 Cardi B tattoos that show just how deep a fan’s love can go. You’ll love some of them while others will make you ask, “Is that Cardi B or Missy Elliot?”

1. Bardi Season

This Cardi B tattoo is the perfect tribute. That bling and Louboutin shoe cover some of our favorite lines from “Bodak Yellow”. “These expensive, these is red bottoms, this is bloody shoes.”

2. Cruella de Cardi B

The only thing missing from this tattoo is Cardi B’s Dalmatian. If anyone can pull off Cruella’s strong personality, it’s definitely Cardi B and this tattoo captures it all perfectly.

3. Retro Cardi

CREDIT: leahhhbabeyyy / Instagram

Cardi B is a 90’s baby and all those futuristic shapes and designs show that. Even better than the cool 90’s vibe is that you can almost hear her go “mmmhmmmm” in this tattoo.

4. Is That…

Missy Elliot? Nope, just another cool Cardi tattoo! I bet this is the face she makes when she’s thinking about her next money move. “It’s all about the schmoney!”

5. What Does That Say?

CREDIT: kianakingi / Instagram

I can’t really read this one but it’s probably a transcript of one of the famous sounds Cardi B made in her Jimmy Fallon interview. If you don’t know what that means, look up that interview.

6. LOYALTY

CREDIT: iamcardibson / Instagram

This loyal fan wanted to immortalize one of our favorite Cardi B faces on his body. Do you think his mom asks, “es tu novia” or did she just freak out voer the craziness of the tattoo.

7. Another Favorite Cardi Face

CREDIT: gmoney23 / Instagram

The tattoo artist that did this might just love Cardi as much as this fan does. This is the first of several of their tattoos that you’ll see on here and they’re all just as good as this one.

8. “F your feelings”

CREDIT: ink_bydes / Instagram

That’s the vibe that this tattoo gives off. I don’t know what she was saying when this photo was taken but I’m intimidated.

9. Caught A Lick”

Cardi B knows you “can’t stop a G” just like you can’t stop her fans from getting Cardi B tattoos. If we are just going on sayings, Cardi B tattoo inspiration is endless.

10. Beef With Me We Got Beef Forever!

CREDIT: kim_ink / Instagram

Cardi B doesn’t have time for your beef, she’s too busy hoppin’ in her Porsche. “Okurr!?” If you want to get into an endless beef you won’t win, Cardi B is the person to beef with.

11. What Is She Saying?

CREDIT: milktatz / Instagram

So many of these tattoos show some of our favorite Cardi B moments and poses but all I want to know is, “what was she saying?” Cardi B has so many great quotes and phrases that I don’t want to miss out on any of it.

If you thought abuelita would have something to say about these tattoos, check out the avocado’s that would have her telling you to stop playing with your food.

12. What’s Brighter, Her Smile Or Her Nails?

CREDIT: postyourbeatz / Instagram

Personally, I think they’re tied. With bling like that, thank the universe we’re looking at a picture and not the real thing because Cardi B would leave us all blind.

13. FOREVA

This cool Cardi B tattoo is so nice that Cardi B posted it on her instagram! You know your tattoo’s cool when she loves it.

14. This Artist Has A Passion For Tattoos But Also…

CREDIT: gmoney23 / Instagram

“A passion for money and paying [their] bills.” This is the artist I mentioned earlier who’s done a few tattoos on this list. With talent like this, it’s not easy to guess why people keep going back to them.

15. “These Expensive, These Is Red Bottoms”

CREDIT: gmoney23 / Instagram

The best way to keep your Louboutins looking new is to have them tattooed on. Or you can just never wear them and keep them in the box.

16. “I Make Money Move”

CREDIT: bloodofwolves / Instagram

It is actually kind of genius that they got this tattoo on their foot. Where else would you suggest getting a shoe tattoo than you foot?

17. Bloody. Shoes.

iamcardib / InstagramThis artistic take on the bloody shoe could be one of Cardi B’s favorites. Like one of our previous tattoos, Cardi B also posted this one on her Instagram. That is true artistry, tbh.

18. Genius

CREDIT: iminmyz0ne / Instagram

We can only assume that the person behind the idea for this tattoo is an Italian. The red bottom of the Italian boot is kind of awesome, though.

19. Bloody Ankle Moves?

CREDIT: clvrity.xx_ / Instagram

The best way to have people know where you’re going is to get it tattooed on you. When your friends ask “where are you going?” just point to your tattoo as you walk away.

20. Money Move$

CREDIT: Kaydiamonds_ / Instagram

At first glance, this tattoo might just look like words but they found a cool way to incorporate “bloody moves” into their tattoo. I definitely didn’t catch it the first time I saw this photo.

21. A Classic Cardi Tattoo

CREDIT: matias_aybar13 / Instagram

This tattoo has the only classic Cardi B symbol you need, the red bottom. What’s better is the placement of the tattoo. Next time they shake someone’s hand, that person will see the tattoo and know who’s really in charge… Cardi B.

22. Cardi B’s Kiss

CREDIT: iamjuicychild_ / Instagram

I actually don’t know if the kiss is a part of the Cardi B tattoo but how cool would that be if you could say that that’s Cardi B’s Kiss?!

23. “Finesse”

CREDIT: ciscokid_ink / Instagram

Everyone is obsessed with this song by Cardi B and Bruno Mars so of course people would be getting her face with a backwards cap tattooed anywhere on their body. The hand seems a bit extreme but whatever.

24. Bartier Cardi

CREDIT: gmoney23 / Instagram

This person would love to party with Cardi. They stepped up their tattoo by dropping “a check on the chain” and adding a bit of Cartier to their tattoo.

25. Saved One Of The Best For Last

CREDIT: gmoney23 / Instagram

This is the same tattoo artist we mentioned earlier and everything about this photo screams “Cardi B”. Beyond the “Cardi B” tattoo, this person also has a Louboutin hiding up in the top left corner. If you look at their nails, you’ll see that their black nails are hiding some red bottoms underneath.

Old brid.tv video format – Cardi B Had To Help Jennifer Lopez Learn To Pole Dance In 6 Weeks And People Are Shook

Director Lorene Scafaria’s Hustlers is the unexpected critical darling of the Toronto International Film Festival. And it’s generating Oscar buzz for Jennifer Lopez who produced and stars in the film. It also marks the first time in a long time, if ever, there has been a film written, directed, starring, produced, and edited by women and women of color with this much fanfare from audiences and critics alike.

To play the lead of Ramona, Lopez had to learn how to pole dance in just 6 weeks. While she is an incredible dancer, Lopez admitted she underestimated how difficult learning the new form of dance would be when she appeared on Good Morning America this week.

J Lo dishes on what Cardi B told her about pole dancing.

Jennifer Lopez appeared on Good Morning America to talk about her Oscar buzz and her new stint as a pole dancer.

“When I spoke to Cardi B about being in the movie, I told her, ‘I’m learning how to pole dance and it’s really hard,” J. Lo said. “She was like ‘I know, I’m really good at… It took me years to master it.'”

A crash course in pole dancing.

Lopez shared a video of behind the scenes footage of her at practice. The 50-year-old singer, dancer, and actress said it was one of the hardest things she had ever done physically.

“My core was on fire and I literally had bruises all over my legs — just trying to learn this in a short amount of time,” J. Lo she explained on GMA. “You never know until you walk into somebody else’s shoes what it’s really like. It was very acrobatic, it’s like Cirque du Soleil.”

Hustlers is getting rave reviews.

The film has a 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes with dozens of reviews praising the film and particularly Lopez’s performance. Hustlers is based on New York Magazine’s 2015 article “The Hustlers at Scores.” The movie is about a group of strippers who embezzle money from stock traders and entrepreneurs who patronize their strip club. The film takes place during the late-2000s financial crisis.

Lopez says while the film is a fun, heist movie there is more to it than that. Critics are saying it is a commentary on capitalism, money, and is a subversion of female stereotypes.

“It’s a movie that makes you think, it goes deeper than maybe you think it does,” she said on GMA.

The film which costars Constance Wu, Keke Palmer, Lili Reinhart, Julia Stiles, Cardi B, Usher, Lizzo and Madeline Brewer, had women at the helm of all aspects.

“This movie was produced by women, written and directed by women, edited by women and has a cast of all women,” J. Lo said to the audience’s applause.

Critics want Jennifer Lopez to win an Oscar.

“With all the Oscars buzz for @JLO in #hustlers here’s an unbelievable statistic. No Latina actress has won the Oscar for best actress. Only four have been nominated (Fernanda Montenegro — at the 71st Oscars — followed by Salma Hayek, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Yalitza Aparicio),” pointed out Ramin Setoodeh of Variety.

The Daily Beast wrote an article called “J. Lo Should Be an Oscar Contender for Hustlers,” writing, “From Lopez, it’s the kind of dynamo movie star performance that gets rarer and rarer, where a character so perfectly fits how we view a performer but still upends every expectation.”

“If there’s any justice, Jennifer Lopez will receive her first Oscar nomination for channeling the ringleader Ramona as Erin Brockovich by way of Matthew McConaughey in Magic Mike,” Variety said

Many feel an Academy Award for Lopez is long overdue, but she still feels like an underdog in the race. As Setoodeh pointed out a Latinx has never won an Oscar for best actress and only four have even been nominated.

Jennifer Lopez would love an Oscar too.

After hearing about the potential Oscar buzz while attending TIFF, Lopez admitted she didn’t want anyone to jinx her.

“Please! Don’t jinx it! Do me a favor…” Lopez told Variety.  “We’re so proud to be in that conversation. I’m so proud of what Lorene has done. I think she deserves to be in that conversation too. It’s nice. It’s nice. You work hard for so many years. It’s nice when they say, we think you did good.”

In 2013, E! asked whether Lopez even wanted an Oscar. The singer and actress responded, “I think everybody that has ever taken acting seriously would love to be recognized in that way.” We love an honest queen. Hustlers opens nationwide in theaters on September 13, 2019.

The Most Iconic Latino Courtroom Looks Of All Time

feature image credit goes here

The art of the celebrity courtroom outfit is a genre of fashion all to itself. The wearer must project the perfect blend of identities in order to win over the public. A great courtroom look should make a person look smart, but not clever, humble, but not a push-over, and well-groomed without being too glamorous.

Needless to say, stars like Cardi B who know their way around a courthouse, can pull off this look with aplomb. Others–not so much. Check out our list of the 20 most iconic Latino courtroom looks of all time below!

1. Cardi B

@Buhlebonga-Twitter

Cardi B is arguably as famous for her law-breaking shenanigans as she is for her chart-topping beats. With a criminal history like hers, it’s no wonder she knows how to dress for court. In October 2018, Cardi turned herself into police for her alleged attack of two strip club bartenders.

2. Nicole Richie

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@Buhlebonga-Twitter

In 2007, Nicole Richie was not yet the laid-back socialite and working mother she is now–in fact, she was a reformed party girl. In 2007, Richie appeared at court to deal with charges relating to a past DUI. She looked chic and composed in an all-black ensemble complete with a low bun and her signature giant dark shades.

3. Jennifer Lopez

JLo looked ever the fierce queen while she was leaving a New York City courthouse in early 2000. The visit was related to a scuffle at a club involving her then-boyfriend P. Diddy. Lopez brought the fashion with a cream turtleneck and a white jacket topped off with a fur stole.

4. Cardi B

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@manabafemme-Twitter

One of many Cardi B courtroom looks, Cardi enters this list as another Latina who opted for fur at the courthouse. She appeared at the Queens Criminal Court in January 2019 to deal with charges related to a fight at a strip club the year before.

5. Naya Rivera

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@djvlad-Twitter

Naya Rivera appeared at a local court in Chesapeake, West Virginia to deal with domestic abuse charges. Much less glamorous than the previous entries, Rivera obviously didn’t have a lot of time to prepare her courtroom look.

6. Shakira

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@SHAKITINILOCA-Twitter

Shakira showed up to court earlier this year in Madrid dressed in the edgy rocker-look her fans have come to know and love. Although she was smiling, she was dealing with an ugly plagiarism lawsuit.

7. The Menendez Brothers

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@rollingstone-Twitter

The high-profile trial of the Cuban-American Menendez brothers captured the attention of America not only for the gruesome nature of the double-homicide murders, but for the sharply-dressed fashion sense of the accused.

8. Bruno Mars

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@KINGBrunotoyou/Twitter

Bruno Mars appeared in court for charges related to his arrest for possession of cocaine (don’t worry–the charges were eventually dropped). Regardless, Mars brought out all of the fashion stops for his courtroom appearance. As one Twitter user so aptly put it: “Only Bruno Mars can make going to court look like a photo shoot”.

This is Trump.

9. Lorena Bobbitt

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@bamacarolina-Twitter

Although her courtroom appearance for dismembering her husband was for a less-than-flattering circumstance, Ecuadorian-born Lorena Bobbitt won over America by her harrowing story of sexual and physical abuse at the hands of her husband. And because of her fashion sense that gave us the perfect Cher Horowitz-vibes.

10. Sonia Sotamayor

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@uwibfoundation/Instagram

One of the few entries on this list whose appearance in court has nothing to do with her bad choice, Justice Sonia Sotomayor makes that shapeless long black robe look like couture.

11. Cardi B

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@cosmopolitan-Twitter

Probably her least flattering courtroom ensemble, Cardi B’s court appearance in December of 2018 makes the lowest of her entries in this list. Much less polished than her other looks, it seems as if this look was thrown together last-minute.

12. Jodi Arias

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@12News-Twitter

Compared to her everyday look outside the courtroom, Jodi Arias’s courtroom look was downright virginal (no pun intended). A quick google search proves that Arias was a sexy, vampy blonde before she got into trouble with the law. Her courtroom look was frumpy librarian–but it didn’t convince the jury of her innocence.

13. Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@TMZLegal/ Twitter

Donning her signature orange tan, penciled-in brows, and buffant-like teased hair, Chilean-born Snooki Polizzi’s courtroom appearance in 2010 was the epitome of early 2000s “guidette” fashion. The charges? Disorderly conduct and disturbing the quiet (aka, what she built her career on).

14. Charlie Sheen

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
via Pinterest

Charlie Sheen (nee Carlos Estevez) appeared at an Aspen courthouse in early 2010 due to a class-five felony menacing charge, among others. He dialed up his celebrity vibe with a dark suit and dark sunglasses.

15. Michelle Rodriguez

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
via Pinterest

In 2006, Dominican actress Michelle Rodriguez donned a brown leather jacket and light brown shirt to court for charges related to a previous DUI. Although she looked like a badass, the judge made it clear that drunk driving is never okay. Rodriguez pleaded guilty and spent five days in jail.

16. Prince Royce

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc

Before he was the Latino hitmaker Prince Royce, this young New York Dominican was just a teenager named Geoffrey Royce Rojas who appeared on “Judge Judy” knockoff, “The People’s Court”. Royce was accused of stealing another man’s music, but the real story was how adorable Royce looked as a young kid in some grown-man trouble!

17. Aurea Vazquez Rijos

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@primerahora Twitter

Aurea Vazquez Rijos, the Puerto Rican former beauty queen and convicted murderer, was forced to appear in court in a dumpy scrub-like navy jumpsuit on charges of murdering her husband to get her hands on his fortune. The unflattering ensemble was a far cry from the high-fashion getups she was used to!

18. Marilyn Milian

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@rayflix Twitter

Born to Cuban parents in New York, Marilyn Milian is the HBIC and judge on the hit show “The People’s Court” (yes, the same show that Prince Royce appeared in). Her courtroom look is the definition of iconic: always professional, but extra polished.

19. Tekashi 6ix9ine

Buhlebonga-Twitter25cb6698f4f9cc
@complex/Twitter

Dubbed “The Supervillain of Hip Hop” by the media, Tekashi 6ix9ine (aka Daniel Hernandez) did himself no favors when he appeared in court sporting a ragged, multi-colored messy bun and a Tommy Hilfiger hoodie. In 2019, 6ix9ine pled guilty to racketeering, weapons, and drug charges and is facing up to 47 years in prison.
